More than 200 people dressed in all manner of clever costumes packed into Port City Music Hall in Portland for this year's Ghoulwill Ball. For the second year in a row, Goodwill Industries of Northern New England has hosted this party as a way to raise funds for its programs and as a vehicle to draw attention to the popularity of Goodwill stores with Halloween costume hunters.

Held at DiMillo's on the Water in Portland, the Signature Chefs Auction featured tasty samples from 10 area chefs and a slew of silent auction items. The money raised at tonight's event helps fund the NICU Family Support program at Maine Medical Center, which provides parents with support, education and resources to help them during a time of crisis.

More than 600 guests filled the Ogunquit Playhouse Tuesday night in support of the hospital's Breast Cancer Living Well Fund, which provides holistic support services to breast cancer patients.
