Students turn pumpkins into jack-o-lanterns for Camp Sunshine
Gordon Chibroski / Staff Photographer:  Freeport students, from left, Brooklyn Washburn, Tanner Peacock, Darnel Strother and Chris Snow work on their jack-o-lanterns as they and hundreds of other Freeport High School students carve some 1000 pumpkins for the benefit of Camp Sunshine. They will be displayed a the 10th Annual Camp Sunshine Pumpkin Festival at L.L. Bean on Saturday, October 27. Festival begins at noon and will run until 8 PM with thousands of lit jack-o-lanterns for all to see.
