The craft show with about 40 vendors continues through the weekend at the Belgrade Community Center for All Seasons on Route 27. 
Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 2  p.m. on Sunday

Salvation Army soldier Chet Spear plays Christmas music on his trumpet on Friday morning outside the Walmart Supercenter in Augusta. 
This is his first year playing the Augusta area, but Spear said that he'd been playing for the Salvation Army in the Rockland and Waterville areas for many years.
