HONOR: Waterville and Oakland fire departments created a flag- draped arch as trucks carrying wreaths from Wreaths Across America pass under on route to the Waterville Elks Club on Sunday. The trucks left the Worcester Wreath Company in Harrington earlier for a 7-day trip to Arlington National Cemetery.
