People enjoy Fort Williams Park and Two Lights areas

Fran McArdle of Cape Elizabeth enjoys reading the paper while visiting the very quiet coast at the Lobster Shack at Two Lights area. She said she has been walking to the area from her home near by for quite a few of her 79 years living in Cape Elizabeth and was quite suprised how cold the Spring has been this year, the worst in her memory, she exclaimed.

With Ram Island Lighthouse in the background, the Ward family work together to get three-year-old daughter, Hailey Ward's kite in the air at Fort Williams Park. She got it from the Easter Bunny on Easter, according to parents, Chris Ward and Holly Ward, from New Gloucester, and has been bugging them to go fly the kite together.

Students from Suffield High School in Connecticut enjoy the sunny Maine weather at Fort Williams Park by horsing around one of the swing sets in the playground. They are on their way to Lewiston where they will attend the Regional Robotics competition at the Colisee as team Aces High 176. They will compete with about 40 teams with the top three winning teams going to the national event in St. Louis. According to the students they are on of the oldest teams and have won twice and feel confident they will win again on Friday and Saturday.

They were there as a family with father and brother and plan on spending four days in Maine.
