Sea Glass Restaurant Chef Mitchell Kaldovich, right,  picks out his allotment of lobsters from Jodie Jordan, owner with his wife Patricia, of Alewive's Brook Farm in Cape Elizabeth. Chef Kaldrovich gets all his lobsters and many of his vegetables from the farm and a stated goal is to have 100 percent of the seafood served at his restaurant be local. He is one of the first to join a new Culinary Partners sustainability program for restaurants put together by the Gulf of Maine Research Institute. His restaurant is at the Inn by the Sea near Crescent Beach in Cape Elizabeth.
