Wednesday, April 10, 2013....Unitil is upgrading gaslines in Portland's  Old Port district this Spring.  Multi-colored markings required by Dig Safe laws show the locations of various types of underground pipes and lines are a common sight in the Old Port area.  These markings are at the intersection of Exchange and Fore Streets.
